01 · Acquisitions & Pricing
All acquisitions placed through rosewoodscents.com or through our official WhatsApp concierge represent offers to purchase subject to product availability and confirmation. Standard 50ml extrait de parfum and 6ml pure attar flacons are priced uniformly at Rs. 2,500. Rosewood reserves the right to modify pricing or retire seasonal blends without prior notification.
02 · Cash on Delivery & Order Verification
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all major cities and rural postal codes of Pakistan. To protect against invalid dispatch, all COD orders undergo a brief confirmation via telephone call or WhatsApp message before leaving our atelier. Consignments that cannot be verified within 48 hours may be cancelled.
03 · Courier Transit & Delivery Timelines
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM PKT are prepared and handed to our logistics partners (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier) within 24 hours. Deliveries within Lahore typically arrive in 1-2 business days; deliveries to Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities arrive within 2-4 business days.
04 · Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All trademarks, fragrance designations (Desert Gold, Royal Kingdom, Black Diamond, Crystal Moon, Saffron Veil, Ember Noir), descriptions, imagery, and bespoke formulation recipes are the exclusive intellectual property of Rosewood Scents. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
