01 · Doorstep Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the craft and quality of every bottle that leaves our atelier. If an order arrives damaged, broken during courier transit, or if you receive an incorrect formulation, Rosewood provides a 100% free doorstep replacement within 4 days of delivery nationwide. For any transit damages, simply contact WhatsApp 0327-4324527 with your unboxing video and order reference.
02 · Artisanal Nature & Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate, personal hygiene and artisanal nature of high-concentration extrait de parfum (30%-40%) and pure attar oils, unsealed or sprayed flacons cannot be refunded for change of mind once opened. We strongly encourage patrons to order our Discovery Sets and Samplers to experience compositions on skin before acquiring full 50ml bottles.
03 · Eligible Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are honored if items remain completely unopened, in their original factory seal, cellophane wrap, and untouched presentation box within 7 days of delivery. The patron is responsible for returning the sealed consignment to our Lahore atelier via registered courier.
04 · Resolution Process & Timelines
Upon verification by our concierge team, approved replacements are dispatched within 24 hours via express courier. In the rare circumstance where an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations, a direct bank transfer refund will be processed within 3 business days.
