Rosewood operates as an independent private fragrance house based in Lahore, Pakistan. We understand that our patrons value privacy as much as the refinement of our compositions. We never sell, monetize, rent, or trade your personal information with external advertising networks or data brokers. Information collected during your visit or purchase is used solely to craft your olfactory experience, ensure safe courier transit across Pakistan, and maintain seamless client support.
02 · Information We Collect & Why
When you acquire a fragrance, reserve a bespoke discovery set, or contact our concierge, we collect specific details necessary to fulfill your request: Full name, telephone number, physical delivery address across Pakistan, and transactional notes. We never collect or store credit card numbers directly on our servers; Cash on Delivery (COD) is transacted physically upon receipt.
03 · Nationwide Courier Protection
To safely deliver hand-bottled perfumes across Pakistan, we partner with reputable domestic courier services (including TCS, Trax, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier). Couriers receive strictly the destination name, address, phone number, and COD amount, and are contractually forbidden from using patron details for marketing.
04 · WhatsApp Concierge Communications
To provide bespoke service and prevent fraudulent dispatch, our team connects with patrons directly on WhatsApp (+92 327 4324527) for immediate order confirmation, dispatch tracking updates, and fragrance consultation. We strictly refrain from automated broadcast spam.
05 · Patron Rights & Discretion
Every Rosewood patron maintains absolute authority over their personal data. At any time, you may request to view, update, or permanently delete your client details and transaction logs from our databases without administrative fees.
